Happy Valentine's Day!!
Here's our Valentine's this year....Pinterest has me doing lots of projects. This one was definitely a vision. I knew I wanted to use her owl hat and needed to come up with a way to incorporate that. No one will get the relationship between owls and Tootsie Pops but I do. It totally worked for me. I love them!!
